SAMRAT Membership

January 2023 - December 2023

 

1. This form will allow individuals to register with SAMRAT paying a small registration fee of £5 for Full or Associate annual membership.

 

2. The form needs to be completed by every adult (18 and above) family member in the household.

 

3. Full Annual Membership is for people residing in Edinburgh and Lothians granting voting rights to select the members of the Executive Committee or nominate self to be a part of the Executive Committee through democratic election process. They can also be a part of Board of Advisers (BOA), IEC (Interim Election Commission) and Auditors.

4. Associate Annual Membership is for people NOT residing in Edinburgh and Lothians granting voting rights to select the members of the Executive Committee through democratic election process. Associate members cannot nominate self for any post on the Executive Committee or BOA, IEC and Auditors.

5. All membership payments to be made to - SAMRAT Bank Account - Bank Sort Code: 80 22 60 and Account Number: 19119961 Reference: “Membership & your name”.

6. The form once submitted will be validated against the payments received confirming the membership.

7. The membership of 2022 (Jan till 31st Dec 2022) would allow you to participate in Election process of 2023 year.

8. If you, your family or kids don't want to be part of photos or videos, shall let the photographer know well in advance.

 

9. If you had donated to the past SGF with a minimum of £25 per person, then you automatically qualify as a member in the current calendar year and do not need to submit this form.
